    3.       TOP STUFF undertakes to protect the user Privacy, as the information provided by users of the Site stays under the protection of the Site and will not be shared with any third party, without reference to the user and get his consent first,
    4.       Registration in TOP STUFF is totally free and does not require fees,
    5.       TOP TUFF assure that all banking information and user data will be protected,
    6.       Participation in the comment on a product must be effective and civilized User abuse of the comment field on the products for any reason (infringement of the divine self, abuse of words on the Prophet peace be upon him and his companions, abuse and infringement to the state symbols and leaders, abuse and infringement to other users) will put your account for immediate ban by the site administration,

    Return Policy

    1.       Original invoice must be attached,
    2.       Returns valid within 3 days at maximum from the date of the invoice subject to the above conditions,
    3.       Device SHOULD be in its original condition as it was purchased and has not opened,
    4.       In case there is a manufacturing defect in any product, you must contact TOP STUFF Customer Service Center  to report about the faulty device so that they can address the agent which by turn will reply with a written report stating that the product has a  manufacturing defect, then our Customer Service Center  will contact the customer within 48 hours from the date they received the report,
    5.       The company is not responsible for the availability of the goods in case the customer did not receive within 30 days and has the right to recover the amount paid,

    • When “Returns” are not possible?

    Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it. Specific categories like underwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc. Defective products which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any consumable item which has been used or installed. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.     • I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

    In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will issue a TOP STUFF coupon by the same value of the product (either that you paid to buy or to ship it to you),

    • Can I return Clothing & Fashion accessories that I purchased?

    A. You can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 3 days from the receiving date in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact, as long as the item is not listed in the Non-Returnable List, not Clearance Items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy, in the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and tags attached.

    • What are the items that cannot be returned?

    The items that cannot be returned are: when the supplier notes about the item states clearly that that item cannot be returned after purchase. All items that fall into the following categories: Underwear, Lingerie, Socks, Software, Books, Swimwear, Beauty & Fragrances and Accessories in addition to any consumable items that are used or installed as outlined in consumer Protection Rights concerning returns of purchased items.
